On September 6th 2017 a panel discussion took place at Obermayr Europa-Schule / Campus Erbenheim between the direct candidates of the parties that stand for election to German parliament on September 24th. Pupils of the PoWi-LK with their teacher Mr Pecher asked Igmar Jung (CDU), Simon Rottloff (SPD), Lucas Schwalbach (FDP), Felix Möller (B90/Die Grünen), Ardian Gabriel (Die Linke) and Michael Göbel (AFD) to give their statements to different political top-issues and to answer questions of the audience. Topics were school and education politics, tax politics and European politics. The pupils followed the discussion with critical interest and could give their vote before and after the verbal exchange.
